They explain everything but the cost of the process. They promised me reduced debt and lower interest rates. Before any of that happened, they hit me with half the bill- all of their upfront fees. It very expensive and the cost was never mentioned. I paid them because I had no choice, but they never settled 2 accounts that were in debt. Overpriced and underdone.
