A family member received a call from Zenco Collects stating that they owed about $5,000+ in debts from years ago. Shocked about this, we did some research and asked for some time to figure this all out. We contacted Zenco to get all the details about the debts since our records and credit reports were fine. They refused to give us any information. We thought this was strange. They said we had to provide them with our banking information and SSN to verify the accounts. That’s a huge red flag. So, when we let them know that was not going to happen, they started screaming and yelling at us over the phone. We hung up. They relentlessly call us and try to collect this fake debt or fake debts. It’s been a nightmare trying to get them to provide us with any real information or get them to stop calling us.
