After six months, they canceled my father’s Life Insurance policy without notification. We do not know where his money was going, but hey had raised his quarterly premium to over $200, and were still charging him even though we were told it was canceled. No one would give us answers. He has no money to leave for us, but he has paid them hundreds of dollars. They are now known as Conseco life insurance, same fraudulent company.
I have tried to change my life insurance policy at least 4 times now. The customer service at Wilco is horrible. They do not know what they are doing. They surely need some customer service training!
