They use a payment system that payday lenders use. They make it an extremely difficult process to get approved, and then once you are, you have to wait months to receive it. They are extremely unprofessional in their tactics. They wasted my time.
They charged me an interest rate that we did not agree on and sent me bills before I even received the loan. It did not even fund in time for us to close on the house we were closing on.
