I run small business and I was looking for someone that could update our website. I had very specific needs for the site. I also paid them a lot to work on SEO. They clearly did not listen to our needs or ideas at all. They pushed their own agenda on us, which did not line up with our goals at all. To top it off the poeple that we worked with were rude and unpleasant to work with. They made it difficult because they had the attitude of being in charge.
