Walmart Care Plan, Walmart Care Plan a Lie

I bought 50″ Television from Walmart and they convinced me to sign up for their Walmart Care Plan at the same time. The purpose was to protect my purchase for three months. I could get my tv repaired or replaced if anything happened to it.
The plan cost me an extra $150. I figured it was a good deal because I was spending so much on the television anyway.
A few months later, just before my plan expired, the television started to glitch. I took it in right away.
I was disappointed to find out that that they did not even have the model that I bought, anymore. My tv was not fixable and they would not give me another model.
The person in customer service told me that my plan was still working but it did not make me eligible for anything that I was promised.
