This company managed my rental property for a couple years. I had nothing but trouble with them. They did not tend to the landscaping, they left maintenance repairs and requests unattended to. Most of the time we could not even get ahold of them. Luckily another company has taken over. They showed me how bad the damage was. It cost us thousands of dollars to make repairs that should have been minor maintenance and on going care over the year.
