This company is in no way associated with the government, so you should not trust them. I was unaware of this when I registered with them. I was unimpressed from the start. They are unprofessional and secretive. I was kept in the dark throughout the whole process. The filing was taking longer than I expected so I had to call and investigate. It turns out that they filed wrong and had to start over. They are a private firm which means that you will be billed, but they do not expose that information to you until you get the bill. That is when they told me that they were private and disposed of information to me that should have been at the beginning. I would have never used them and I think they know that. They use this tactic to get any business. Not happy.
