United Yacht Transportation, Yacht Transport Severely Damaged Our Boat

We had our yacht transported by Yacht Transport a month ago from Italy. It was a long ways away to bring it to California shores, so we had a lot of concerns. For a long distance between ports, we had to consider the natural wear and tear that the boat would endure. We were fine with that, but when the boat finally arrived it arrived in worse condition than we had ever imagined. They had neglected to secure the boat and protect it from the storm that it weathered overseas. There was a hole in the bow of the boat. That deck had been worn down by salt water and multiple cosmetic defects were spotted all over the boat. It was not operatable at this point. They refuse to take responsibility. We are super disappointed in United Yacht Transport.
