I got a trial order, and the next thing I knew, they were charging me every month for random products that coincided with the trail product. The trial product was horrible in the first place. I did not have any interest in anything else they were sending me. It was hell getting them to stop charging me and sending things, and they wanted me to pay for my own shipping to send them the items back!
