They promised insurance on my trip, paid up front with free cancellation and money back guarantee. I had a serious accident happen in the family so I did have to cancel and they will not refund me. They want to charge me half the price of the trip to cancel. They lied through their teeth just to get me to sign up for the trip, horrible insurance, and no guarantees.
