They did not seem to know what they were doing. One guy told me that he was going to have to have someone else look at my vehicle because it was an older model that he was not familiar with. I felt pretty insecure about my car being in the wrong hands from then on. All I wanted was a routine oil change done and my brakes checked. I ended up needing new shocks. Which they wanted to charge me $600 for. I had a feeling that they were trying to take advantage of me. I went on my way with my car to an old mechanic friend of mine. They did not even change the oil as I asked. I knew I was getting ripped off.
