Synchrony Financial, Disgusting, rude people and a company with no morales

This company is atrocious. They took my retail account under collections because they did not count my early payment towards the card and charged me a late fee. The limit on the card was $200. Somehow I owed them $663 all of a sudden. They automatically signed me up for $200 per month payments. I called them to explain and figure you something better, but they refused to cooperate and said that I was late on a payment so I had no choice. They are terrible at rectifying their wrongdoings. Not to mention their customer service is incredibly rude!
