My husband and I both received bad customer service from Sunlife Solar on seperate occasions after signed a contract with them. They looked at our roof and gave us a bid and a 20 year warranty plan. We were satisfied with the arrangements.We signed a contract with them and took out a loan to purchase the equipment. Two weeks before installation was suppose to happen they reduced the warranty and sent us an email to notify us. I replied and in disagreement. I got a very rude response. My husband called and was told that it was the agreement from the start. He had to go down to their office to show them a different contract that we originally signed. They completely disregarded it. We know that we are in trouble for the years to come with this solar system because they are telling us we cannot cancel the contract for a certain amount of years.
