We hired Suburban Relocation Systems LLC to help us move out of state. Since we could not move on our own they were a great local option, until they weren’t. They gave false promises on delivery dates and times. They broke the agreement multiple times and did not come through on their end. We were without our furniture and necessary items due to this issue they caused. Due to their lies and miscommunication they caused further issues by attempting to drop our belongings off on a day we were not home to accept it. They did not call us. They did not schedule us. They just showed up and expected us to be home. NOW they refuse to release our items until we pay a huge fee for re-delivery. Do not trust these people. It is all part of an elaborate scam, what they did to us and according to a simple Google search, they are known for this scamming and fraudulent tactic!
