I wish that I would have noticed that this company had an F rating on BBB before I trusted them with my student loan payments. I had assumed that they were taking care of that end because that is what I hired them to do! UNRELIABLE. I have been trying to contact them because I received a call that my payments have not been made for months. The responsibility has fallen back on me and it is ruining my credit. I cannot even prove that I have attempted to make my payments because their customer service is so poor. I do not know where my money is going, but I would really like to know.
