Star/ Elite Communications LLC, Hundreds in Non-existent Late Fees

First and foremost, they are NOT BBB accredited. They are scammers. They take advantage of people. Once you hire them and give them your payment information, they do everything they can to get the extra money out of you. So far we have been charged $100 in late fees that we did not deserve, and they charge us $200 every time we ask them to fix the poor installation they have done.
