SimpleFilings.com is super sketchy and dishonest. They are not part of the IRS. They are sketchy on how you can file and how you can get a business EIN… They charge you over $100 with the intention to do all the things they list on their website. If you sign up and give them money they say they will kickback you some money too if you partner with them OR if you get someone else to sign up and file. There is no money in the world that would want me to give up my personal information to a company pretending to file your taxes. Don’t buy into their gimmick.
