Clients are a number here, not a patient. The counselors and the case managers are not properly trained. I could tell because this was not my first time in rehab. I relapsed when I lost my buddy, so I decided to try out Serenity Rehab.
The facility was run pretty chaotically. The people that worked there really did not seem to communicate very well. One time I saw two different counselors in the same day. I only need to see one, but neither knew that I had been seen. They argue a lot too. It is a really expensive place for rehab, but the services do not live up to par. The counselor I did see most days, did not even know my name. he just looked at my profile and kept asking me when I was supposed to leave.
I did not feel very well taken care of, or important to these people. I know I am not the only one that feels this way. They use to have a lot of reviews posted about it but I have not seen any lately.
Don’t take your loved ones here. They won’t get proper care.
