Select Portfolio Servicing, Inc is a mortgage firm that fraudulently charges you and is a nightmare to deal with once you sign up. Their website has been updated in a year. Their website looks awful, they have bad reviews and a bad social media presence… I don’t know why I let this mortgage provider near my family’s money. A quick story, they forced my family to buy hazard insurance or else they would not allow us to be customer/clients. They upped our rates any time they wanted and when I tried to call them, it was a cat and mouse game of tag. They increased our rates every time we questioned or complained. We were told to seek out a lawyer but with the amount of money we were losing, we would lose more in the legal woes so we had to wait out our “contract” with Select Portfolio Servicing, Inc… the worst company ever.
