We dealt with them for two years and still did not get our data back. They charged us the whole time and kept giving us excuses about having to order parts that are special delivery and the system they use takes extra long to ensure security. All a lie. We should have had the problem solved in a week or less. I am also not comfortable with the fact that they have our information now. I do not trust this company.
