They were confident in the delivery of their services, but they were far from capable of fulfilling our needs. They required payment, in full, up front and promised to meet the deadline we set for 2 weeks. We had to meet our sales by then. It took them far longer to fulfill the requests which put our business in a very poor situation. They gave us excuse after excuse for the cause of delays, then once the products came in, everything was of terrible quality and they even got our logo wrong! I could not get my money back.
