These people talk a big game, but they are simply incapable of delivering any services they advertise. They offered us their sales “expertise.” They hosted a training, and assisted us with some events. They were overall unsuccessful. The training, was mediocre. My team learned nothing new. They were teaching them basic things that they already knew. When it came to the events, they were unsupportive. They did not show up for most of them and did not provide all the equipment as promised.
