This team of “experts” are very good at taking your fee and telling you anything to keep you paying them. I gave them 3 months to find my dream home. They were not listening to any of my needs and wants in a home. After waste around $3,000 on them went a different realtor.
I did not like Rudy personally, either. I disagreed with what he had to say. Regardless of my expression of that, he did what he wanted and spoke so fast I never had a chance to tell him no. He does not consult you before making decisions because he does what he thinks is best and that is no way to run a business.
