This company puts you in a position that demands that you pay upfront for an hours worth of work in order to even have them look at your computer. That cost me $200, but you cannot cancel their services for 48 hours…which I did not notice, so I ended up paying $600. It was a significant amount of money but they did not fix any of the issues I had with my network or my server. I called them again and again during the time frame that they were working on the technological issues because they claimed to be of service 24/7. I had a deadline that I needed to make so it was important to me that they finish in a timely manner. That did not happen. They kept coming up with more and more issues and trying to have me pay for another hour and another hour. I had to stop their services altogether before I ended up paying $1,000 total for my entire system to crash.
