Remitly, Inc., My Money is Missing

I used Remitly to send money to my daughter overseas. It was a large sum for her tuition and living expenses. She called me three days later saying that she had not received it. I had a confirmation email from Remitly that said it was delivered. I had to call their customer service, but they said that there was nothing they could do. They have my money, and there is nothing left for me to send to my daughter. That’s $5,000 out of my pocket. Cannot trust Remitly.
