QRX Financial Capital, They Tried to Drag out My Payments

I called them in regards to paying off my debts with them in full. The loan officer I spoke to was rude and said that she could not reveal the exact amount that I was going to have to pay. I was on a fixed rate, but apparently they do not honor contracts. The person I spoke to was clearly incompetent and did not understand. I called again and I was told the same thing by another person. This financial firm is clearly operating a scam. They drag out your payments so you pay more!
