This property company is based out of India. Bangalore to be exact. They seem to be professional and knowledgeable about the project, but they are not. DS-Max uses a clever and scammy marketing gimmick to trap you into a deal. What they did to me was they took my money after our deal, never changed the plot of land over to my name, and then ignored me for months. Finally, when I got ahold of someone, they told me that I need to choose another plot of land and then behold, ignored me again… I have been trying to get my money back since…
I have met some of their employees who are so charming from the get go but that’s because they want your money and once you sign the contract, they basically ghost you.
If you are an NRI and don’t want to become a victim of DS-MAX Properties Pvt. Ltds, avoid them!
