Pronto Insurance, Insurance that covers nothing

I had Pronto Insurance when I got into my last car accident. It took them 2 months to send an adjuster to look at my car. I was taking Lyfts in the meantime, which cost me even more. Waste of money, and they would not set me up with a rental. Anyone I spoke with disregarded my concerns and told me I would get a call back. With the premium that I paid and the amount I spend every month on Pronto, I know I am getting scammed.
