If you have already paid for a hotel through this company, you have lost your money. I made the same mistake. They offered me a ridiculously amazing deal at one of their seminars. Without doing my research I booked with them. When I arrived to the hotel, they did not have a reservation for me. They said that they did not know what Preferred Guest Resorts was. I knew right away I was out $300. To top it off. They kept charging me random fees. It was more like amebership, but they make you pay them, and then you have to pay the place that you stay at as well. Total scam.
