I read a complaint about Mr. Philip Kirk and was not shocked to read about it. Philip Kirk is a renown scam artist. He tries to place people in the home of their dreams but instead, convinces his prey to accept a deal and put down a deposit then swears later that there was never a deposit– that’s what copies of the deposit receipts are for right?
Well, this scammer will fight and claim you photoshopped or made it up and refuses to return the deposit. Good luck getting it back unless you take him to court.
