This company did not do anything to help me for over a year. My account was stagnant with them. I paid them the agreed amount on time, but I was still called relentlessly by collectors. They were telling me that I was months past due. this was news to me so I called Pathway Financial since they were the ones telling me that my accounts were in good standing. I basically had to beg Pathway Financial to do their job. I do not know where all my money was going the whole time. They are irresponsible and unprofessional.
