Their employees have no idea what they are talking about. I had no idea what was going on with my patenting process. They could not answer a few of the questions that I had, and took a very long time to get back to me. Their research package is very expensive, as well. It is not cheap as it is to get something patented, but they charge you a lot of extra fees, including an hourly, on top of everything it takes. Their website is deceiving compared to what I got.
