I paid Paradise Home Improvement to replace 4 large windows on the front of my house. They are tall and very expensive because we wanted it to be practically all glass. They said that they could handle the job no problem. We paid them upfront and set an installment date.
They did not show up on the agreed upon date. When I called the receptionist apologized and claimed that she did not have me in their appointment book. They acted as though they never came to look at the windows and inspect. They had to come and do an inspection again and rescheduled another date a month out. I was irritated, but I had already paid the money.
When they finally came to do the installment, they shattered one of the windows! Never using Paradise Home Improvement again.
