I went to Osteo Relief Institute in San Antonio, Texas for a medical concern, paid my co-pay, and was not advised on any further costs by my insurance or by Osteo Relief Institute. I get the bill and they submitted claims to my insurance for treatments that never happened or I was given. Check your claims/bills from them. They are scamming patients and insurance. This is fraud and they need to be liable. I have brought this to their attention too and guess what, once I did, they refused to respond to my calls. I can’t get a hold of them.
