Oceana Suppliers claims to be a discrete packaging company. They require you to pay them through a Western Union account and a strict currency exchange, which is strange enough, then they give you fake tracking numbers to follow on a fake website.
I dealt with them personally.
The day after I requested a package be sent, they sent me an email demanding more money for diplomatic seal and a city permit.
At that point, I realized something was not right.
