We signed a contract with Vision Alarm Service, otherwise known as the NorthStar Home Alarm Services as of May 2016.
My first encounter with them was a request to replace the window sensor. It was not until after we made the request that we discovered that they had switched ownership because they failed to secure our home.
They continuously refused to tend to our requests, but we cannot cancel our contract because they claim that we are locked in until2019.
NorthStar Alarm Services & Home Security has never offered us the services we originally signed up for. They blame us for being in violation of our contract when they are the ones, not doing as promised.
