National Collectors Mint, Shipment took forever and I never got all of my order

I never got my shipment! I bought a collection of coins and silver. I put at least $10,000 into this. They promised fast shipping, and I expedited it. I was worried when I had not received my package after a week. When I spoke to a representative about it, he said that the shipment was never sent. He ordered it to be sent right away. When I did get it, it did not have everything that I had ordered in it. I will not trust with my money again.
