I have to point out first and foremost, that their products are not American made as claimed by their site. They are made in Vietnam. They advertised top of the line units that worked t the best capacity possible. I purchased a generator from them online and paid $254.98 for it. I was a little disturbed by their false advertising at first, but I tried it out anyway. It burnt itself out in a matter of minutes. I called them very agitated. Their customer service was terrible. They disregarded my remark about Vietnam. Then they told me that they could not refund me, but I could get credit with their store. I had no interest in buying anything else from them. Bad choice
