Metropolitan Adjustment Bureau, Metropolitan Takes Money From Your Claim

We put the losses that our business faced in a fire in Metropolitan’s hands. They moved the process along a lot slower than we were hoping for. It was important to get the business back up and running as soon as possible. I think our representative slipped because we were reported to receive a $65,000 for our losses at first, when we actually received it, we only got $40,000. I spoke with the representative himself and asked what happened to the rest of the money. He stated that a certain portion goes to Metropolitan. There was just no way. It turns out that the representatives are known for taking large portions of your insurance claims and keeping it for themselves.
