I have had several issues with MERTS customer service and installment team. I had to have a new furnace installed in the middle of the winter season. I had a harder time trying to get ahold of them and purchase the furnace more than anything else. When they finally got to our house, it was freezing inside and we were very frustrated. They don’t really have 24 hour service. When they finally had it installed, we had to call them shortly after because there was a gas leak in the furnace. They still charged me a fee when they had been there less than 48 hours ago. Not the kind of people you want to rely on in an emergency.
