These “mentors” do not know what they are doing. They gave us terrible advice that dug out business into the ground and we wound up with hundreds of thousands of dollars in debt thanks to them. In our consultation with them, I told them that I was uncomfortable with the steps that they wanted to take with our business. It did not seem right, but they insisted that they were highly experienced and they had seen the success with a handful of other business’ they work with. It did not go well with ours. They did exactly what I told them not to do. They had no respect for what I wanted for my business.
