After inquiring about a mortgage loan with them, they called me at least five times while I was at work. I had to tell 3 different people that I would call back. Regardless, I went through the process with them because they said that I could qualify for more than I needed and could refinance with them in the future. They said I was approved and I waited and waited for the confirmation. Nothing. They stopped calling too. I have paid them a couple thousand and they left me hanging.
