You might want to consider moving if this company has taken over management of your community because they are the worst people that you can possibly deal with. My wife and I were happy with our community until they came along. They argue rude to residents, it made it hard to feel welcome at our own home. The second they took over they started to charge us for maintenance. Things as simple as fixing the kitchen faucet cost us $300 or more. They changed everything around the complex so that they would have to do as little landscaping as possible. No tress, and no grass. They are lazy and cheap people.
