I signed up for a subscription, after 2 weeks I decided to cancel. they told me on the phone that they have a policy not to cancel through a phone call, so I went down to the place. they made me wait there for someone to come but they told me after 2 hours that the guy is not there so I should call in again… to make a long story short – I was billed over $500 and they didn’t wanna give me a refund even when I told them what I went through with them. never use this ugly business.
