I had loan with Lenders Cloud, they promised me a lower rate than any other lending firm. They charged me $500 for administration fees and processing. I did not have problem with it but the initial rate that they quoted me at a lot higher after my payment processed and signed the papers. I pointed out that it was not what we agreed on. I made phone call after phone call but I could not get ahold of anyone and it seemed as though the process was not progressing. They eventually got back to me, but asked me to renew my submission. Total waste of time and effort.
