They lied about the day that my rent was due. I got charge a late fee without notice for 3 months before I found out. The landlord came to me with a bill saying that if I didi not pay the separate late fee charges, they would have to evict me! I contacted Kittyhawk and that is when a different representative told me that I had the day wrong. I was forced to pay that charge.
