Kelle’s Transport Services Inc will make a profit by any means possible, even if that means, lying, breaking the rules, and putting their employees in danger.
I have just started working for this trucking company, but I am already thinking about leaving.
They charge each employee to have their truck cleaned every month, which never happens. In fact, their trucks are always smelly and disgusting. They also make you carry extra loads to save money. Upper management does not seem to give a damn.
The company is corrupt and the work culture is anything but friendly. You do not get time off or bereavement. Paid vacation does not exist. They also take a long time to pay you. I waited a whole month before I got my first paycheck.
On top of all of that, you have to pay $200 to leave the company before 6 months. None of it seems legal.
