The staff at Kaufman and Clark Plastic Surgery is the absolute worst. They have ZERO self-awareness or compassion for clients. Maybe they need to be re-trained by an expert customer service rep, but they’re the literal worst people to intake and assist clients. They act superior and pretend to listen to you. I wouldn’t waste your time. Sadly, the doctors here are losing out on potential new clients because the way their team acts.
