Ever since JMS has taken over as HOA, nothing has been done to keep the community in shape. They sent out a letter when they initially took over, but no has heard anything since then. We are a very close community, and we take pride in the safety and well-groomed housing. Since JMS has not upheld their duty there are some houses that have fallen off. The lack of security is also a concern. They do not hold meetings and we do not know what is going on. They redid the roads without warning. I have tried to contact them but there is never a response. They are getting paid for nothing.
